The gold rates displayed in the app are updated manually by the store management and are for informational purposes only. Because they are updated manually, they may not reflect up-to-the-minute global market fluctuations. The final, binding price for any product or gold rate will be calculated and confirmed exclusively at the physical store at the time of purchase.
The app is designed for personal, non-commercial use. Any calculations provided by the app's tools are estimates and should not be considered legally binding offers or quotes.
The app and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Yas Jewellers and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
In no event shall Yas Jewellers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims arising out of the use of this app shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hisar, India.
